Wind turbine body is made from high-quality aluminum by precision casting process to enhance its fitness and excellent finishing. It is designed to cater for various working environment.
2.Solar panel
Its task is to convert the sun's energy into electricity. Different sizes and power outputs are available. They have to be carefully chosen for the desired application. Solar panels should be able to withhold and deliver in extreme weather conditions. Some are even designed unbreakable (vandal proof); others will work well in overcast weather.
3.Lamps
LED: They have a good color rendition. A cluster of extra or ultra bright LEDs forms the lamp. LEDs consume a fraction of the energy of comparable lighting and have a very long life span. Wind solar hybrid lights are an emerging and promising application for LED technology.
CF: Compact Fluorescent lamps produce a white light and are used in places where color rendering is desired.
LPS: Low Pressure Sodium lamps generate a monochromatic yellow-orange light and are used when color rendering is not an issue. They have a lifespan of up to 18,000 hours.
4.Controllers
The lights automatically come on at dusk when a photosensitive cell detects that it’s dark. It automatically turns off the turbine when wind speeds get too high, and also alerts human operators when problems need to be addressed or maintenance is required.
5. Storage Battery
Maintenance-free batteries are generally used on wind solar street lights. In addition to providing energy for dusk to dawn operation, they must also be able to supply few days of backup power in case of bad weather or charger failure.

The boiler is of open-arrangement and it consists of combustion chamber (the front part), cyclone separator and feed back device (the meddle part), and the vertical shaft type chimney flues (the rear part).
The combustion chamber is of complete suspension structure. The four sides of the wall are made of membrane wall. Along the low direction of air and smoke, water-cooler equpressure air chamber, air distribution plate, combustion chamber dense phase zone, dilute phase zone, flue gas diversion chamber, high and low temperature super-heater, coal economizer and steel pipe horizontal air pre-heater in the rear part vertical shaft are provided successively.
The rear part vertical shaft is of supporting structure, and armor boards are provided around it(fire-resistant and thermal insulation lining materials); Combustion chamber and the rear part vertical shafts are connected by two air-distribution cyclone separator in parallel arrangement, with the bottom parts of the separator connected with feed back devices. Both the separator and feed back device are supported by steel structure beams.
The combustion chamber uses lightweight pipe type furnace wall, wrapped with corrugated galvanized plate. The rear vertical shaft adopts armor board furnace wall. Wear-resistant linings are provided in combustion chamber, door-opening zone inside the boiler, smoke window zone at the front part vertical shaft outlet, the inside of the separator and other zones liable to wear.
Boiler drum is suspended on the large plate girder by boiler drum suspension rod, with 6 steel columns supporting the whole weight of the boiler. Lightweight structure roofs is provided at the top of the boiler.

All the coal-feeding device and limestone-feeding port are situated at the front part of the boiler, and are evenly arranged in cross direction on the tapered section at the lower part of the water-cooled wall of the front part wall.
The bottom part of the combustion chamber is a water-cooled air chamber made of water screen tube. Air conduit igniters are arranged behind the water-cooled air chamber. There are 2 sets of air conduit igniters, and in each, one high capacity ignition oil burner is provided. At two sides of the combustion chamber, 2 sets of air and water-cooling mode optional fly ash discharging and slag cooling devices for multiple chamber type fluidized beds are provided. 2 sets of cyclone separators are arranged between the combustion chamber and the rear part vertical shaft, and at the lower part of each separator, one set of J type valve feed back device is provided.
In the rear part vertical shaft, high and low temperature superheaters, coal economizer and horizontal type air pre-heater are provided from top to bottom successively. In the superheater system, 2-stage direct-contact desuperheater is provided.
The whole body of the boiler is arranged symmetrically at the left and right side, suspended on the steel frame of the boiler, which is a space frame with subposts at both sides.
