FD series hydraulic brake unit is mainly used for the drive of braking and yawing system of wind turbine, by which to make sure the system works normally according to requirement .The oil medium: VG32-46. According to the control requirement, Wind turbine hydraulic system consists of following modules: oil supply module, main shaft braking module, yawing braking module, yawing drive module, blade tip braking module.Pressure transmitter is used to monitor system pressure by giving signal. When pressure is low, hydraulic pump will be activated to supply oil till pressure get to normal. The power loss and the pressure impact is reduced in maximum degree by the use of accumulator. The range of our hydraulic unit is comprehensive .According to type there are Low temperature type, normal temperature type ,costal type ,altiplano type ;Based on function e ,there are main shaft drive braking , main shaft driven braking ,yawing braking ,blade-tip braking and yawing drive.
