JLP series gearbox reducer is mainly used for vertical mill of cement production line and vertical medium-speed mill of coal production line, as well as for other industries.
JLP series adopt three-stage (bevel-parallel shaft-planetary gearing) driving type.
This series reducer is evaluated as the building material industry standard with standard number JC/T878.4-2001 by the Standardization Technical Committee of State Administration of Building Material Industry.
Each type of JLP series reducer is coupled with motor and drivera the vertical mill. The power horizontally input and vertically output. The bevel gears, shaft pinions, sun gears and planetary are cased hardened and ground, trth surfance hardness 58-62 HRC, accuracy class 6 (GB10095) or high. The inner gear ring quenched and tempered 280~320HB.
The planet-stage driving unit adopt power 3 or 4 split structure. Many methods are taken to obtain even load.
The housing is welded or cast to achieve sufficient strength and rigidity. The average diameters of inner gear ring, thrust bearing andbottom housing are designed as identical to bear gig vertical load and absorb the axial force and radial force resulting fom gear drivingprocess. The oil reservoir and oil sump are equipped on the upper housing.
Rolling bearings are used for bevel unit and planetary unit. The output shaft applies radial plain bearings. The support of the output flange,according to its vertical load, is respectively mounted on static pressure thrust bearings, or dynamic pressure bearings.
In order to ensure absolutely safe operation of the reducer, all temperature measuring points and the lubricating system shall be monitored continuity.Alarm range is properly set up.
