The wings shape is good and had tested the wind tunnel test in Sichuan province, running smoothly and quietly, the efficiency value Cp can reach to 0.42.
The special tail vane is in advance partial angle design, when under the normal operation can automatic alignment windward direction, enhance the output power and at the same time can take account to both cornering adjust the speed and the strong breeze protection. When the wind speed is more than 16m/s, the blades windward side will folder to 90°with the tail vane. This will make the blades lost the motive power and give the purely mechanical automatic braking function.

Monitor Meter and Display. (optional)
1 Voltage, current value can be showed by 0.5 level three-digit half voltmeter and current meter.
2 AC voltage, current, active power, power factor and frequency can be tested, displayed
and recorded by 0.5 level multi-functional data meter. It can communicate with PC via RS232/485 interface.
3 AC voltage, current, active power, power factor and frequency can be tested, displayed and record by 0.5 level multi-functional LCD meter. It can achieve 2-50 times harmonic analysis and communicate with PC via harmonic analysis
4 Test data can be displayed by LCD and set by keyboard. Machine can be controlled by CPU. A/B/C phase voltage, current, active power and frequency can be set, tested and displayed. The machine can communicate with PC via RS232/485.
5 Not only it can display, test and record routine parameters, but also active/ reactive power, apparent power, power factor and total active/ reactive power parameter. It has the feature of 2-50 times harmonic analysis and recording wave.
6 Special tester of generator set: It has the advantages of stable test, harmonic analysis,
record wave. Test data can be formed displayed and printed current harmonic/voltage harmonic curve, suddenly applied voltage/current/frequency, suddenly reduced voltage/current/frequency, test reports, capability reports curve and report forms.
Material and coating technology of load bank body
1） We adopt cold-rolled that steel plate that has been processed by spray paint and kinds of colors. They can be selected.
2） Its figure is beautiful that is adopted cold-rolled steel plate which processed by galvanizing corrosion protection and powder coated.

Meanwhile, the weight of the generator is reduced and is the half weight of the like products of other manufacturers. Accordingly, this is easier to install and maintenance.
The exmork wind turbine blades use the import FRP(Glass fiber reinforced plastic),the solid petioles equipped with steel bushing, put an end to the blades broken by the wind pressure and flick out. The surface has the coating, can prevent freezing and aging. The wings shape is good and had tested the wind tunnel test in Sichuan province, running smoothly and quietly, the efficiency value Cp can reach to 0.42.
The special tail vane is in advance partial angle design, when under the normal operation can automatic alignment windward direction, enhance the output power and at the same time can take account to both cornering adjust the speed and the strong breeze protection. When the wind speed is more than 16m/s, the blades windward side will folder to 90°with the tail vane. This will make the blades lost the motive power and give the purely mechanical automatic braking function.

The exmork wind turbine products adopt high magnetic neodymium iron boron material (NdFeB), the professional magnetic circuit design, increase the magnetic fields, thereby enhance the generating efficiency. Meanwhile, the weight of the generator is reduced and is the half weight of the like products of other manufacturers. Accordingly, this is easier to install and maintenance.
The exmork wind turbine blades use the import FRP(Glass fiber reinforced plastic),the solid petioles equipped with steel bushing, put an end to the blades broken by the wind pressure and flick out. The surface has the coating, can prevent freezing and aging. The wings shape is good and had tested the wind tunnel test in Sichuan province, running smoothly and quietly, the efficiency value Cp can reach to 0.42.
The special tail vane is in advance partial angle design, when under the normal operation can automatic alignment windward direction, enhance the output power and at the same time can take account to both cornering adjust the speed and the strong breeze protection. When the wind speed is more than 16m/s, the blades windward side will folder to 90°with the tail vane. This will make the blades lost the motive power and give the purely mechanical automatic braking function.
