Protection Characteristics
1. Overheat protection: The charging current will reduce automatically when the internal temperature of the charging cabinet surpasses 80°C; the charging cabinet will turn off for protection and the current is not outputted when the temperature is higher than 85°C; it will get recharged automatically when the temperature reduces to about 80°C.
2. Short-circuit protection: When the charging cabinet happens to be short-circuited, the internal circuit will limit the short-circuit current against damage. Considering the safety characteristics, the charging status will recover if the fuse is connected in series meanwhile the connection with the external circuit is cut off.
3. High and low voltage protection: the charging cabinet will shut down for protection when the input exchange voltage is higher or lower than the rated input voltage range and it will recover when the voltage turns to the normal level.
4. Phase-loss protection: The function of the charging cabinet will be not available if the one-phase or two-phase of the input three-phase exchange voltage cuts off, and meanwhile the phase-loss protection circuit will start to turn off the charging cabinet.
5. Charging safety protection: During the charging period, the charging cabinet can protect people from the safety accidents by cutting off the current output instantly when people unplug the connector with current illegally.
