Main introductions:
It is used for stranding and compacting of cooper,aluminum conductors of round and sector shapes,as well as pre-twisting compacting of Milliken conductors,which has reached modern advanced level in the world.
Main feafures:
1)The machine uses pneumatic constanttension control or mechanical friction tension control.
2)Wire-breaking detectionsystem uses RST speed sensor,which has excellent low speed performance.The system has accruate ,fast and reliable qualities.
3)Angled groove surface on the two capstan wheels enable the natural separations of wires to avoid scratch on wires surface,enhanced better wires quality.
4)The machine uses SIEMENS PLC to control and manage the whole line,and adopts full digital DC speed regulator to control the starting and running of the DC motors.The electronical control system is of advanced technology,ensures easy and reliable operation.
