1. Wind generator for on-grid system introduction
1) Pitch controlled technology
Through centifugal pitch controlled mechanism, the system will stall control actively, has big angle for startup(good startup performance) rated wind speed point, zero degree(optimum wind rotor efficiency) over rated wind speed, minus angle(stall actively to wind rotor power for zero) The pitch controlled system closed-loop control according to the wind speed and rotational speed, to make sure the power curve output steady.
2) ASP System ( automatical safety protection system )
Through checking the signal of wind speed and voltage, the ASP will make the wind turbine pitch control and then stop to protect the whole system when the wind speed is more than 25m/s or the voltage is over 600V; when the wind speed is lower than 25m/s, the system will release brake automatically to make the system start working again.
