The charging pile uses LCD controller to show and operate and it has emergency stop button, printer, RFID contactless reader and connection plug which is in line with national standards.
DC charging pile device adopts overall welding structure. The back door is separate with flapping door structure while the inner side is equipped with waterproof groove and waterproof seam tape. The back doors all have knobs with lock; the door is on the left of charging pile, while the inner enclosed space is used for hanging charging connector and its outer surface adopts plastic-blasting process and low luster shrivel finish which can match colors as per the color card. The front is equipped with lighting lamp box on which the customer mark is printed.
DC charging pile and rectifier cabinet are used together; it communicates with the battery management system of electric vehicles in real time by CAN bus. It adjusts charge current as per the battery status with the purpose of preventing overcharge protection. In the same time, charge spots send the battery information (total voltage, total current, monomer voltage, temperature etc) and charging signal (charging voltage, charge current, quantity of electricity and cost, etc.) to background monitor to achieve remote monitoring through Ethernet.
Protection grade of pile cabinet: IP54.
