4.The wind turbine brake automatically when the battery bank voltage get to rated voltage 125%; and stop charging the batteries.
5.the wind turbine get back charging the batteries when the the battery bank voltage get to rated voltage 108%

H3.1-1000W Wind Turbine Generator

The off-grid controller adopts the integrated design which consists of the controlling, inverting and load-diverting parts. It fulfills the functions of charging and protection for over charging/discharging, over-loading and short circuit, also supplies a diversion load. Preface:
The biomass gasification system produces a valuable gas named producer gas - “Syngas”
(Synthetic gas).
Materials such as: rice stems, rice husks, cotton stalks, corn stalks, millet stalks,
wood dust, cane trash, wheat straws, hemp palm husks and other forms of biomass.

This
system can produce electric power in the range of 200kW - 6.0MW by using a few parallel
modular units. Since Biomass itself is almost sulfur free, the gasification process will not
produce any sulfur oxide emissions (SOx). Similarly the gasification of biomass produces
very low concentrations of nitrous oxide emissions (NOx) when manufacturing the “Syngas”
and thereafter leads alsoto low emissions in the combustion engines.

System concept and efficiency:

The production of 1 KW of power requires only 1.30~1.85kg of rice husks, wood dust or
crop stalks as fuel. The water used in the cooling system of this process can be recycled after
undergoing a dissolved air flotation treatment and thereby having no harmful effects to the
ecological system and the environment. Self power consumption of this systems is low with
percentages ranging between 5~8% of the generated total power.

This project is an ideal solution for regions where there are large quantities of biomass waste
resources, farms, nearby forests etc.
In consideration of the above mentioned particulars, the feasibility of such Power station will
give a high ROI (Return of Investments) in a short period of time. The reasoning to this high
ROI is due to the cost of the fuel being negligible-near ZERO (0), only labor, drying and
grinding has to be considered. In most other power stations, fuel cost corresponds to
approximately 60-75% of power selling price, in our case, there is a saving of approximately
70% compared with other forms of power stations.

The principle of JAE’s biomass gasification system(abbreviated as BGPS) is to convert by-products or wastes of agriculture and forestry (including rick husks, wood powder, branches, offcuts, corn straws, rice straws, wheat straws, cotton straws, fruit shells, coconut shells, palm shells, bagasse, corncobs,) into syngas. Syngas is then used as fuel in gas engine to generate electricity. Biomass gasification well conquers the disadvantages of biomass, such as low flammability and wide diversity. Biomass gasification system is characteristic of small land requirement and environment friendly. It’s one of the most effective and cleanest way of utilizing biomass.

Our biomass gasification process includes three steps. First step is biomass gasification, which convert biomass into syngas. Second step is syngas purification. The producer gas coming from gasifier usually contains contaminants including dust, coke, tar and etc. The contaminants will be removed by the purification system to ensure normal operation of gas engine. Third step is power generating in gas engine. The high temperature exhaust gas may be reused by waste heat boiler to generate steam or hot water civil use or industrial use). Steam turbine may also be considered to make a gas-steam combined cycle power plant, which will increase the total efficiency.

Modulization is adopted in JAE’s BGPS. JAE-BGPS is applicable for the biomass power plant ranging from 100KW to 20000KW. 500rpm~600rpm gas engine and Siemens generator are chosen in our gas gensets (400KW, 500KW, 800KW, 1000KW, 1200KW). Fix bed system or fluidized bed system may be chosen according to different feedstock characteristics in JAE-BGPS (single system capacity ranging from 100KW to 2MW).

Comparing with other renewable power generating system, JAE-BGPS is characteristic of:
1). Flexibility. Gas engine, gas turbine and even waste heat recovery boiler may be used considering various power plant capacity requirements. It ensures high power generating efficiency. Different capacities of biomass power generation plant can be designed with various types of JAE-BGPS system.
2). Clean technology. Biomass, as one kind of renewable energy, may reduce the emission of carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide causing from fossil fuel. Nitrogen oxides emission is very limited in our biomass gasification power generating system because of low temperature (700~900 degree centigrade).
3). Economic. JAE-BGPS is capacity flexible. Even small size biomass power plant is also profitable. Simple process and less land requirements make biomass gasification power plant more economic comparing with other renewable energy. Generally speaking, biomass gasification power generating is the most economic technology in renewable power generating plant, the cost of which is nearly the same as small sized conventional power plant.

The biomass power plant produces a valuable gas named producer gas - Syngas (Synthetic gas). The biomass (agricultural), used for this purpose is straw like materials such as: rice stems, rice husks, cotton stalks, corn stalks, millet stalks, wood dust, cane trash, wheat straws, hemp palm husks and other forms of biomass. This system can produce electric power in the range of 200kW 6.0MW by using a few parallel modular units.

Since Biomass itself is almost sulfur free, the gasification process will not produce any sulfur oxide emissions (SO
x
). However, fuels such as diesel and HFO contain a considerable amount of sulfur. HFO could have as much as 4% sulfur and therefore requires special additional treatment to neutralize these emissions.

Similarly the gasification of biomass produces very low concentrations of nitrous oxide emissions (NO

) when manufacturing the Syngas and thereafter leads also
to low emissions in the combustion engines.
